As our portfolio of commercial properties grows, we're looking for a confident and motivated Junior Office Leasing Agent to join our dynamic agency team. This role is perfect for someone with some property or real estate experience who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Director Office Leasing, you'll be at the forefront of connecting tenants with the right office spaces. With hands on training and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop the skills to manage the leasing process end-to-end while helping grow the Fitzroys brand and client base.

You'll be involved in:

  • Listing and marketing commercial office properties
  • Conducting inspections and liaising with prospective tenants
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and enquiry databases
  • Preparing proposals and assisting with lease negotiations
  • Building relationships with clients and landlords
  • Sourcing new opportunities through market canvassing
  • Collaborating with internal teams across property management and valuations

What You'll Bring

  • Around 1–3 years' experience in real estate, property, or a related field (sales, leasing, facilities, or customer focused roles)
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A proactive, self driven mindset with a genuine interest in Melbourne's property market
  • Confidence working in a team and a willingness to learn
