Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Develop and execute a sustainable growth strategy for the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring expectations are met and issues are proactively resolved.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across business units.
Support product and sales specialists through joint customer engagements and sales calls.
Champion first-class customer service by leveraging feedback from the Weir Customer Experience Program and driving continuous improvement.
Lead and coach high-performing teams through clear expectations, succession planning, and structured performance development.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years + relevant experience or possess an equivalent combination of education and practical training.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret technical and regulatory documents and present confidently to diverse audiences.
Use sound reasoning to solve complex problems and interpret technical instructions involving abstract and concrete variables.
Be proficient in MS Office
Experience using SAP is desirable
Be willing to travel frequently, including to remote locations via non-standard transport, and work in environments ranging from office settings to loud mine sites with appropriate PPE.
