Admin Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our plumbing team. This role is the hub of our daily operations — you'll be helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be handling incoming work orders, managing emails and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule work orders in ServiceM8
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Liaise with customers, builders, and strata managers regarding job updates
- Organise and maintain job documentation and records
- Assist with invoicing and job follow-ups as needed
- Support the field team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
About You
- Experience using ServiceM8 (preferred)
- Experience using Xero (preferred)
- Administration Experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or a trade-based business is a plus
