You will:

With a strong background in performance analysis, planning, or institutional research, you bring a deep understanding of how data can drive organisational improvement and support strategic decision-making. You are comfortable working with complexity, thrive in dynamic environments, and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that align with institutional goals.

You are a collaborative leader who builds strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.   • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences;
  • Proven ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver end-to-end analytical projects; and
  • A strong understanding of the higher education sector, or the ability to apply relevant experience to meet sector-specific performance analysis and quality assurance requirements.
