What You'll Do:

  • Assist senior agents with property listings, appraisals, and negotiations.
  • Support lead generation activities such as calls, door knocking, and client follow-ups.
  • Help coordinate comparative marketing campaigns, home opens, and property inspections.
  • Maintain client databases and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience at every touchpoint.

About You

  • You have a genuine passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a career.
  • You're confident, professional, and able to build rapport easily.
  • You're motivated, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • You're open to weekend and after-hours work when required.
