The Role:
As a Junior Sales Cadet, you’ll play a key role in supporting our senior agents. You’ll leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and excellent customer service to help drive success. All you need is a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead generation and prospecting
- Managing and updating databases
- Organizing appointments and managing diaries
- Preparing property listing kits and marketing materials
- Attending meetings with photographers and consultants
- Liaising with vendors and buyers
- Conducting open homes and buyer inspections
- Participating in sales meetings and ongoing training

**Requirements**:

- Current Real Estate Assistant Agent Certificate or License (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a passion for starting a career in real estate

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
