Dedicated to developing exceptional, highly skilled Sales Agents & Property Managers, Minic is looking for focused and driven individuals who are wanting to build a career in Real Estate through our proven Sales Cadet and Property Management Associate program.

The Position

Operating under the guidance of our highly successful team, the Team Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
  • Prospecting activities to generate leads through phone calls and door knocking
  • Database management, data entry and contact management
  • Diary management, organising and facilitating appointments
  • Reporting, collating and distribute various reports as needed

The Individual

Dedicated to delivering best in class service and achieving outstanding results, the ideal Team Associate is an individual who:

  • Will thrive in a faced pace, high energy team environment, hungry for success
  • Possesses strong written and verbal skills, immaculately presented well groomed
  • Wants to build a career in real estate
  • Holds a current driver's licence and owns a reliable car
  • Holds a WA Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration OR is willing to obtain
