experienced property manager to take care of a boutique portfolio of 250 - 300 approx.

Your duties will include:
- Managing all areas of your portfolio
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long-term consequences of daily PM decisions
To succeed in this role you'll have...
- Previous property management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of professionalism
- A real estate license, or certificate of registration
- A valid driver’s license
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
