We're excited to welcome a skilled and passionate Senior Barista Allrounder to our flagship Westfield Chermside store. In this role, you'll craft exceptional coffee, work alongside our incredible Store Manager, and be part of a supportive and fun team. Full-time hours are available for the right candidate.

What You'll Bring

Barista Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a barista in a fast-paced Australian café (Campos training a plus)
  • Ability to consistently produce quality shots and maintain grinder calibration
  • Skilled in milk texturing with strong latte art abilities
  • Impeccable hygiene and commitment to machine cleanliness

Customer Service Skills

  • Exceptional service with a genuine smile and polished presentation
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Fluent English and the ability to build rapport with regulars

  • Stock control knowledge
