Patrick's Bakery is looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead our specialty coffee program. This is more than just a barista job — it's a chance to take ownership of coffee quality in a bakery that values consistency, craft, and customer connection.

About the Role
  • Consistent weekly hours
  • 5:00am starts, with weekend and public holiday availability (as required)
  • Must be available to work all weekends and public holidays as required
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Hands-on responsibility for coffee quality: dialing in, grind adjustments, brew ratios, latte art
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience — not just speed, but building rapport and remembering regulars
  • Take on a leadership role: train, mentor, and uphold standards
About You
  • 3+ years' barista experience in a specialty coffee environment (not chain or fast food)
  • Confident with brew ratios, dial-in, latte art, and workflow management
  • Reliable, punctual, and a natural team player
  • Passionate about delivering both great coffee and great service
  • Must be an Australian citizen with full work rights
