Are you passionate about the outdoors and love working with plants? Native Grace is a family-owned nursery in Robertson, NSW, dedicated to land regeneration and creating beautiful, sustainable gardens. Our work brings landscapes to life, and our small, passionate team handles everything from small gardens to large-scale revegetation projects.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Apprentice to join our planting and maintenance crew. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work outdoors every day, learning about native plant care and landscape design. We will support you in completing your Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, all while you gain valuable experience in a dynamic team environment. Pay will be in line with the Gardening and Landscaping Services Award.

You'll Be Helping With:

  • Planting and maintaining stunning native landscapes.
  • Preparing sites and assisting with general landscaping tasks.
  • Caring for plants to ensure they thrive.
  • Working closely with our team to get the job done right.

What We're Looking For:

  • A love for being outdoors and getting your hands dirty.
  • An interest in landscaping and native plants.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A current driver's license.
  • The flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Previous experience is a plus, but if you have the right attitude, we want to hear from you
