Position Summary:

· Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

· Deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines

· Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance

· Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly

· Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.

· Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience

· Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail

· Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

· Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks

· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

About You:

· An up-to-date RSA

· Relevant experience in a similar role

· Working rights in Australia

· Enthusiastic to escalate your career

· Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
