About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to offboarding — as well as recruitment coordination, HR administration, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

You will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job adverts, shortlisting, interviews and pre-employment checks.
  • Prepare contracts, onboarding documentation, and ensure accurate employee data in HR systems.
  • Support leaders and employees with HR queries, onboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Support HR projects, wellness initiatives, and continuous improvement across the business.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and Fair Work requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
