About the Role

As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising warehouse staff and daily operations
  • Planning rosters to ensure adequate coverage
  • Managing inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
  • Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and QA/QC protocols
  • Supporting and coaching team members to meet performance goals

What You'll Bring to the Azura Team

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of warehousing and purchasing experience
  • Forklift licence and valid driver's licence
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Computer literacy (Excel, email)
