The opportunity

As our Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the "Perfect Order" is achieved through efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of finished products. You'll lead a team of 6–10, fostering a proactive and safety-first culture, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coach warehouse staff to achieve KPIs and maintain high performance.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld and drive a strong safety culture.
• Manage daily operations including consumables, MHE maintenance, and shift reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Inventory, Procurement, Sales) and external partners (Transport, Security, Labour Hire).
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and audit readiness.

What's in your toolkit?

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• SAP or similar WMS knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in FMCG or light manufacturing environments.
