We're Hiring – Administration Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Surfers Paradise

Hours: 20–30 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Are you highly organised with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance side of our rent roll in a busy and growing real estate business.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating property maintenance tasks across our rental portfolio. Key duties include:

  • Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance issues
  • Contacting and coordinating tradespeople for property repairs
  • Reviewing maintenance reports and providing clear breakdowns to property owners for approval
  • Tracking the status of repairs and ensuring timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and updates in our systems

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders (owners, tenants, trades)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A background in real estate, holiday letting, or the trades industry is preferred.
