In addition to RV rentals and sales, the company operates tourism attractions such as the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and Kiwi Experience and develops innovative travel technology solutions. thl maintains a strong presence in RV dealerships, with multiple retail locations across Australia and New Zealand featuring dealerships within the group such as George Day RV Super Centre, Camper Agent RV Super Centre, Sydney RV Super Centre, and Kratzmann RV Super Centre.

General Sales Manager/Dealer Principal - Join Our Team

We are looking for a passionate car or caravan person with previous auto or caravan sales experience and exceptional customer service skills to join us as a General Sales Manager/Dealer Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Expertise: Understand the value of each step in the sales process and present yourself professionally in both appearance and attitude.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, putting them at the forefront of your priorities and responding to all their needs.
  • Dealership Operations: Oversee all dealership activities including those related to the sale, pre delivery, accessory upfit and handover of vehicles. Work closely with all Head Office departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, especially in a high-pressure environment. Display superior negotiation and closing skills to meet KPIs and sales targets.

  • Strong Customer Focus: A true obsession with providing top-notch customer service.
  • Sales Experience: Somebody who is hungry for the sale with experience in auto/caravan sales and an understanding of the industry and the sales process.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
