About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Dealer Performance Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our national dealer network. This pivotal role will ensure sales targets are achieved, customer service standards remain exceptional, and dealers align with our strategic objectives. You will foster strong relationships, provide support and training, and ensure the brand is represented at the highest standard across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Drive dealer sales growth and profitability through performance monitoring and targeted improvement plans.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and quarterly performance reviews with actionable feedback.
- Lead dealer engagement initiatives, including marketing campaigns, training, and promotional activities.
- Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to optimise stock turnover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive or recreational vehicle sales, dealer development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing dealer networks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM, with the ability to analyse performance data.
- Ability to travel regularly for dealer visits and industry events.
