Receptionist Full-Time for Sydney CBD Physio

Bend + Mend is well-known in Sydney's CBD as being a leader in Physiotherapy and Pilates Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional Receptionist/Admin person to join our tight-knit team of Physiotherapists and Front Office staff. Experience with customer service essential and a strong preference given to those with sales experience. Our clinical services include Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Women's Health, Pre- and Post-Natal Care, Ergonomics, Running Assessments and Complex Cases.

Position Available:

We have a Permanent Full-Time position available at our Martin Place Physio and Pilates clinic.

The closest train stations to our clinic are Martin Place and Wynyard, with plenty of bus routes close by connecting all parts of Sydney. Spend your lunchtimes shopping in Pitt Street Mall, sitting waterside by the harbour or going for a run through the Botanical Gardens.

As a Receptionist your main focus will be ensuring our valued clients receive a caring, professional and high quality customer experience. You will be part of a team and work within a supportive admin group alongside our practice manager.

Core responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and greeting our patients - High level customer service skills essential.
• Taking payments using EFTPOS and HICAPS
• Face to face, email and phone-based patient communication
• Managing an appointment diary, making and amending appointments.
• Maintaining a customer database.
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
• Banking and general admin tasks.
• Maintaining the office environment.
• Assisting the Partners and Physiotherapists.

As Bend + Mend are extremely patient-focused, the successful candidate will be required to provide a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring that patients always feel they have received exceptional care. Strong computer/IT skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as an excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills are essential for the position.

The ability to multi-task, work independently and well under pressure is required. The successful candidate must be well-presented, with strong communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.

We are open Monday to Friday and the reception cover is shared between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This full-time in-office position is for a 38-hour work week (no weekends).
