About the Role:

This dual role combines receptionist responsibilities with physio aide duties, offering variety and the chance to work closely with both administrative and clinical sides of the clinic.

You'll play a vital part in ensuring patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle intake forms
  • Process payments, invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation
  • Administer insurance, CTP, and workers' compensation claims
  • Provide support for clinical programmes, including working with diverse range of patients (e.g. chronic pain management, and sports recovery)
  • Help with exercise programs under supervision of the physiotherapist
  • Build positive relationships with patients and clinicians to support a unified team approach
  • Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and getting patients ready

Requirements:

  • Friendly, approachable demeanour and excellent personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to work independently while supporting a small team
  • Quick learner who can follow processes and procedures effectively
  • Proficient computer skills
  • A passion for health and wellness
