THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Dentist for an incredible opportunity to join a popular dental practice located in the beautiful coastal city of Busselton, WA.

Busselton has a population of over 40,000 and fewer than 10 dental practices, so the demand is huge.

This will be a career-defining opportunity as you'll have the potential to bill well-above-average Associate income (especially in comparison with metro areas).

You'll walk into full books. Every dentist is booked out weeks to months in advance, and Hygienists are booked out until August.

This is a well-established practice that has been present in the community for over half a century and you'll see patients who are a captive audience, generally appreciative and aren't afraid of taking on treatment plans and due to the variety, complexity and volume of high-value work, you'll be able to perform what's described as "5 years of dentistry in only 2 years".

Due to the demand for clinicians far outstripping the number of clinicians available, the practice is now hiring a Dentist to add tremendous value to the community.

In terms of treatments, you'll have clinical autonomy and there is demand for a range of treatments whether it's crown and bridge, veneers/aesthetic, implants, full arches/All-on-4, orthodontics, Invisalign, root canals or general dentistry.

Busselton is easily accessible to Perth, only a 2-2.5 hour drive away.

This is a popular practice with a top reputation in Busselton. It is a privately-owned, 6-chair clinic right in the heart of the city with high foot traffic.

Two of the senior clinicians are highly experienced in All-on-4/full arches, implants, cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign. It is a collegiate environment where you'll have the opportunity to share and discuss cases amongst your four clinician colleagues.

It is led by an innovative and agile team of respected dentists who've received global accolades, this practice fosters excellence, mentorship, and professional growth.

The Principal has a fresh outlook and has built a warm and friendly culture, and is a people-person who prioritises patient experience and looking after the team.

The support staff here are friendly, easygoing and adaptable.

ABOUT YOU

• Attitude matters most – you enjoy dentistry, passionate about it and you are a driven
• You're a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator and relationship-builder;
• Whatever clinical skills and experience you have, you can bring to the table or be mentored/guided where needed – whether it's full mouth rehabs, implants, cosmetic, Invisalign or orthodontics or you've done your studies in those areas and want more hands-on experience and guidance
• You prioritise patient education and providing quality care
• You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
• You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
