The Opportunity
In Australia, we are growing We are now on track to further grow and strengthen our Buildings Team, as we accelerate our push into the Australian Buildings market. We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Senior Hydraulics Engineer to join our Building Services team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a 5+ year experienced Hydraulics Engineer to be part of a vibrant, growing team and expand on the technical skills you acquired during your studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Support – Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
  • Technical Documentation – Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Project Collaboration – Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and integration of electrical systems with other building services
  • Compliance and Standards – Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Problem Solving – Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and developing effective solutions
  • Learning and Development – Engage in continuous professional development to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge
  • Technical Leadership - leading work packages and taking charge of your discipline for end to end delivery
  • Mentoring - supporting and growing graduate and intermediate engineers in the team
