The Role

You'll install, commission, and service residential and commercial solar PV and battery systems throughout Sydney — delivering safe, compliant, and top-quality installations.

Each job is supported by a trained helper for installs, cable runs, testing, and pack-down, allowing you to focus on technical excellence while our office team handles scheduling and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and commission PV systems
  • Install and commission battery energy storage systems
  • Fault-find and repair PV/battery issues
  • Mentor and supervise apprentices/helpers
  • Complete compliance documentation and site reports
  • Maintain a tidy, safety-first work environment
What You'll Need
  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • SAA Accreditation – Solar PV & Battery (required)
  • Working at Heights & White Card
  • Full Australian driver's licence
  • Minimum 1 year solar PV installation experience (battery commissioning preferred)
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and team spirit
