About the role

As the E-commerce Coordinator at SLH Furniture, you will play a critical role in driving our online sales and digital presence. You will be hands-on in managing the website, optimising content, and working closely with external paid marketing agencies. You will be responsible for executing e-commerce strategies that drive growth and enhance the user experience, with a strong focus on understanding and leveraging key performance metrics.

What you'll be doing

  • E-commerce Management:
  • Drive online sales growth by optimising website content and improving user journeys.
  • Manage product uploads, content enrichment, and merchandising to maximise conversion.

  • Identify opportunities for website enhancements and collaborate with the web development agency to implement changes.

  • Digital Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to execute paid digital marketing campaigns within budget and on schedule.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Assistant to plan and execute social media and email marketing initiatives.

  • Analyse performance data to optimise web content and user journeys, improving campaign effectiveness.

  • Content Coordination:

  • Oversee content creation for digital channels, including website, email, and social media.

  • Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on e-commerce KPIs, driving insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Directors to align all digital efforts with business goals and provide regular performance updates.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce management or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics and Ads is essential.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • A digital natural with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital marketing solutions
  • A great team player, positive and proactive, with a can-do attitude

Not necessary but Nice to have…

  • Photography and Videography skills
  • Experience in the design and or furniture industry
