Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Location
: Bondi Junction (office-based)
Salary
: Flexible depending on experience
About the Company
This fast-growing Australian skincare brand has built a strong reputation for creating high-quality, results-driven products with a loyal customer base across retail and e-commerce channels.
With products stocked in over 500 stores nationally and a thriving direct-to-consumer business, the brand continues to expand into new international markets, including the UK and Middle East.
They're now seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join their collaborative and energetic team during an exciting stage of growth.
About the Role
If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing brand.
In this varied position, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage logistics and inventory, and support e-commerce and customer service functions. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every order and project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Approximately 70% of the role focuses on operations and logistics, and 30% on e-commerce, customer care, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Manage daily supply chain operations with third-party logistics (3PL) partners — from purchase orders to delivery tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to coordinate production, replenishment, and dispatch.
- Oversee inventory across multiple channels and locations, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.
- Track production and delivery timelines, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Assist with production planning, including managing components, timelines, and supplier coordination.
- Support new market launches by coordinating product compliance, packaging, and logistics.
- Continuously review and improve operational processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
E-Commerce, Customer Care & Administration
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions in Shopify and other online platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of online and retail orders through 3PL.
- Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Support product launches, gifting campaigns, and promotional events.
- Handle general administrative and coordination tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Experience managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers or 3PL partners.
- Strong technical skills — ideally with Shopify, Excel, and inventory systems (Unleashed, Cin7, or NetSuite).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Calm, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and motivated mindset — someone who enjoys improving systems and creating efficiencies.
Why You'll Love It
- Join a high-growth Australian skincare brand with an exciting global trajectory.
- Be part of a supportive, close-knit team that values collaboration and initiative.
- Exposure to multiple areas of the business — operations, logistics, e-commerce, and product.
- Genuine career growth opportunities as the brand continues to expand.
- Product perks, team events, and a modern office based in Bondi Junction.
