Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator - Wellness

Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney (Fully onsite)

We're a fast-growing wellness and skincare brand looking for an Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to support our e-commerce platforms, manage online fulfilment, and ensure our supply chain runs efficiently behind the scenes. This is a blended role with a strong e-commerce focus, complemented by operations. You'll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to keep our online store optimised, orders flowing, and customers delighted.

What You'll Do

E-Commerce & Digital Operations

  • · Own day-to-day management of Shopify, including product listings, bundles, collections, pricing updates, promotions, and merchandising.
  • · Support digital trade activity - product launches, campaign updates, sales, gifting initiatives, and seasonal events.
  • · Monitor website performance and ensure product/stock visibility is accurate across all sales channels.
  • · Coordinate with marketing to ensure campaigns and new product drops are implemented seamlessly online.
  • · Oversee e-commerce order flow, working with the 3PL to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • · Manage customer service enquiries, delivering an exceptional brand experience.
  • · Analyse e-commerce metrics (conversion, sell-through, stock availability, returns trends) and identify operational improvements.

Operations & Logistics

  • · Liaise with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure stock availability for online and wholesale channels.
  • · Assist with purchase orders, inventory planning, and incoming deliveries.
  • · Maintain stock accuracy across Shopify and inventory systems (Unleashed preferred).
  • · Track delivery timelines and troubleshoot supply or fulfilment delays.
  • · Support regulatory or compliance needs for new market entry.
  • · Help refine operational processes to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

  • · 3+ years in e-commerce operations, digital operations, supply chain, or a similar coordination role.
  • · Strong hands-on skills with Shopify and confidence navigating back-end systems.
  • · Experience working with inventory/ERP tools (Unleashed ideal; Cin7, NetSuite, etc.).
  • · Understanding of online merchandising, product data, and digital workflows.
  • · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • · Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • · Proactive mindset — you spot issues early and solve them quickly.
  • · High attention to detail and a love of creating smooth, organised systems.
