We're seeking
two Communications professionals
to join a major banking client's
Integrated Payroll program
. Both roles focus on delivering engaging, clear, and effective communications that drive business-wide adoption of change.

Role 1: Communications Consultant (3+ years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver communications aligned with program objectives
  • Support change adoption through effective messaging
  • Manage content on the intranet / GRACE platforms
  • Partner with SMEs, Risk, Legal, and delivery teams
  • Provide a clear view of impacts for affected audiences

What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in communications (banking/FS preferred)

Strong written and verbal skills

Proven change communication experience

Agile mindset and ability to create clear, simple comms materials

Role 2: Senior Communications Consultant (7+ years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead project communications initiatives
  • Translate complex information into simple, effective messaging
  • Support the overall communications strategy for the payroll program
  • Deliver cohesive and consistent messaging across impacted audiences
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in complex environments

What You'll Bring

7+ years' experience in communications (banking/FS preferred)

Deep expertise in change communications & stakeholder engagement

Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex information

Experience applying enterprise change frameworks
