Position: Front of House Staff / Bartender

Location: Delicatessen Kitchen And Bar

Type: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing attentive and personalized assistance to guests.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including wines, cocktails, coffee, and alcoholic beverages, with precision and flair.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our beverage offerings, including wine varietals, cocktail recipes, and coffee selections.
- Engage with customers to recommend suitable drinks based on preferences and menu offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Proficiency in mixing cocktails, knowledge of wine varieties, and expertise in brewing coffee.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.59 - $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
