Delicatessen Kitchen and Bar is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front of House Associate with expertise in making coffee, cocktails, and wine to join our team. As a Front of House Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including coffee, cocktails, and wine
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries related to French cuisine and beverages
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and offer a variety of coffee options
- Prepare and serve cocktails and wine with precision and flair
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with the delicatessen kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Uphold company policies and standards for customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- Expertise in making coffee, cocktails, and knowledge of different types of wine

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $21.38 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Front end development: 1 year (preferred)
