Lansvale Motor Group is growing — and we're looking for enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Service Advisor and/or Service Advisor Trainee to join our successful team. With exciting brands including GWM, MG, LDV, and Mahindra, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most in-demand vehicles on the market.

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing efficient and high-quality service to enhance their experience with the company.

Service Advisor (Experienced)


• Must understand dealer systems and processes.


• Experience with EraPower and Triage will be highly regarded.


• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Service Advisor Trainee


• Ideal for someone looking to transition from a mechanic or controller role into a customer-facing position.


• A great opportunity for career progression within the automotive industry.


• On-the-job training provided no prior advisor experience required.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers, build positive relationships, and address their service needs
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and provide customers with transparent and timely information about required repairs
  • Process service bookings, job cards, and invoices in a professional and organised manner
  • Liaise with the service team to ensure effective scheduling and completion of work
  • Offer additional services and products to customers, driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's services, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Pentana/EraPower experience preferred
  • Triage experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Proficient in using computerised systems and job management software
  • A positive, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
