We're seeking a Workforce Planner to coordinate the installation and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment across South Australia.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring venues are set up for success, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to make it all happen.
What You'll Do
- Arrange and coordinate the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment
- Plan and schedule daily jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
- Be the key link between venue operators, service teams, and suppliers
- Keep stakeholders updated and manage expectations with professionalism
- Support team operations with accurate records, scheduling, and follow-up
What You'll Bring
- Experience working in gaming, wagering, or hospitality – you know how venues operate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep things moving
- Great organisation and time management – you can juggle multiple priorities
