**About the Role**
These exciting new roles in the Demand Planning Team are the result of exponential growth in our mining division. The Demand Planning Team is instrumental in accelerating organisational performance and providing the highest level of supply chain support to internal and external customers. The Demand Planner is responsible for the review and validation of the regional inventory forecast, ensuring that long
- and short-term demand is communicated in an effective and timely manner. The Demand Planning positions offer unique career development opportunities to energetic, enthusiastic, and analytical individuals seeking to join a fast paced, collaborative, and growing organisation.
**You’ll be great in this role because**:
You are technically competent and have a passion for Demand Planning, with a dynamic personality to engage key stakeholders with your drive, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. You have a solid understanding and experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain logistics, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), complimented with well-developed customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Moreover, you are confident in your knowledge and abilities to present yourself in a professional manner.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Preferred:_
- Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent with experience in a Demand Planning role
- Exposure in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Power BI
- Capable in using Microsoft Office suite
- Exposure with planning in ERP systems
