We're searching for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to keep the wheels turning across production, logistics, and systems for one of Australia's most adored bridal brands.

You'll be the connector between departments - ensuring processes run efficiently, systems are optimised, and operations scale smoothly with growth. This role suits someone hands-on and organised, who thrives on bringing structure to creative environments and spotting smarter ways to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across production, logistics, e-commerce, and internal systems.
  • Implement and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses to ensure smooth communication and timelines.
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, E-Commerce, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy and support troubleshooting when issues arise.
  • Contribute to project rollouts, product launches, and operational planning.
