Operations Manager
We're not hiring for a role — we're hiring for a mission.
At Dream Out Loud Group, we don't just build programs or run events.
We transform lives.
From sold-out stages and life-changing masterminds to immersive coaching experiences that rewrite identities — everything we do is designed to help people unlock their greatness and create their dream life.
Our obsession? Impact.
Our standard? World-class.
Our culture? Good humans, great energy.
We're scaling fast — events, communities, systems, and operations that impact thousands globally.
Now we're looking for an Operations Manager who can take the chaos of rapid growth and turn it into a seamless, high-performing machine.
Someone who doesn't just "manage" operations — they orchestrate excellence across every moving part of the business.
If you're an integrator at heart — someone who loves turning ideas into reality, building systems that scale, and creating structure that makes growth effortless — this is your seat.
Why This Role Matters (For You)
You'll be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Delivery — the person who ensures every part of the business moves in sync, on time, and to an elite standard.
You'll manage projects, systems, and people to make sure we're not just putting out fires… we're preventing them.
You'll turn bottlenecks into breakthroughs, chaos into clarity, and big vision into operational precision.
This role will give you front-row access to how a multi-7-figure business operates and scales — from live events and masterminds to marketing launches and client experiences.
If you get energy from optimizing, organizing, leading, and constantly improving — while being part of a mission that changes lives — you'll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all company operations: Oversee event logistics, program delivery, client onboarding, retention, and internal systems across the business.
- Drive efficiency: Streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve communication between teams.
- Team leadership: Manage heads of department (Sales, Marketing, Client Success, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Process excellence: Create SOPs, checklists, and systems that ensure consistency, accountability, and results.
- Project management: Oversee timelines for launches, events, and deliverables — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Fire prevention: Anticipate problems before they happen, build proactive systems, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Culture & leadership: Model our core values daily, lift team energy, and hold high standards with care.
- Business growth: Identify opportunities for scalability, automation, and operational innovation to fuel company growth.
- Reporting: Maintain visibility on KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for the CEO and leadership team.
Results You'll Drive
- Every event and launch delivered on time, on budget, and at a world-class standard.
- A business that runs smoothly — even when things get busy.
- Teams that communicate clearly, own outcomes, and move fast.
- Improved client retention, experience, and delivery across all programs.
- A CEO who can spend more time in strategy and leadership — because operations just work.
You Might Be a Fit If...
- You're a systems thinker who sees patterns, not problems.
- You get genuine satisfaction from making things run smoother, faster, and better.
- You've managed multiple departments or led complex projects with lots of moving parts.
- You thrive under pressure and know how to bring calm to chaos.
- You're equally obsessed with people and process — because you know both drive results.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
- You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and make the vision happen.
