Now we're looking for an Operations Manager who can take the chaos of rapid growth and turn it into a seamless, high-performing machine.

This role will give you front-row access to how a multi-7-figure business operates and scales — from live events and masterminds to marketing launches and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all company operations: Oversee event logistics, program delivery, client onboarding, retention, and internal systems across the business.
• Drive efficiency: Streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve communication between teams.
• Team leadership: Manage heads of department (Sales, Marketing, Client Success, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Process excellence: Create SOPs, checklists, and systems that ensure consistency, accountability, and results.
• Project management: Oversee timelines for launches, events, and deliverables — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Fire prevention: Anticipate problems before they happen, build proactive systems, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Culture & leadership: Model our core values daily, lift team energy, and hold high standards with care.
• Business growth: Identify opportunities for scalability, automation, and operational innovation to fuel company growth.
• Reporting: Maintain visibility on KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for the CEO and leadership team.
