JAS Oceania is a National Wholesaler of Automotive Rotating Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Accessories and Lighting products, servicing the Auto Electrical sector.

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and motivated Branch Manager to join our team, based out of our Gold Coast Branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership
  • Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability
  • Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff
  • Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
  • Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties

Your Skills and Experience

  • An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
  • People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's
  • Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
  • Excellent communication with the ability to engage with customers
  • Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
  • OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
  • Current full drivers license
