We're a passionate NDIS service provider helping participants build confidence, independence, and a healthy lifestyle through personalised support and community engagement. We're now seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Melbourne's South East, supporting participants in everyday living and social activities.

As a Support Worker with Novara Care, you'll play a key role in helping participants improve their physical health, confidence, and social wellbeing through active, hands-on support.

You'll work 1-on-1 with participants to:

  • Engage in sporting and recreational activities such as gym sessions, tennis, basketball, walking, and golf.
  • Support participants in building healthy daily routines that encourage movement, fitness, and personal growth.
  • Motivate and guide participants through goal-oriented programs focused on strength, coordination, and confidence.
  • Encourage teamwork and social interaction through group and community-based activities.
  • Assist with transport to and from sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Every session is designed to help participants thrive physically and mentally, developing life skills and independence through the power of movement.

What We're Looking For

  • Empathetic, reliable, and positive attitude
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in disability support, youth work, or community services (preferred)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle (required)
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (Required)
  • First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
