About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Flick Anticimex Pty Ltd' team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in our Springvale, VIC office.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Closing sales by showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
