BetaBuilders is the first pre-startup accelerator for volunteers and founders. We connect aspiring developers, designers, and product thinkers with early-stage startup founders to build real MVPs, real skills, and real impact — without funding barriers.

Every week, founders pitch startup ideas, and volunteers join squads to turn them into working products. Together, we ship MVPs, learn fast, and grow as a community.

The Role

We're looking for volunteer Mobile App Developers who want hands-on experience building mobile apps.

You'll start with cross-platform tools like Flutter or React Native, and have the chance to grow into native development for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) as you progress.

Responsibilities

  • Build and style mobile app interfaces (Flutter or React Native)
  • Collaborate with designers to bring user experiences to life
  • Learn and apply modern mobile development practices
  • Work with peers in a collaborative, supportive environment

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Flutter or React Native, or native mobile dev (Swift/Kotlin)
  • Interest in learning modern app development and backends (Firebase, GCP)
  • Reliable internet and ability to join remote collaboration (Discord/Meetup/Zoom)
  • Team-player mindset — open to feedback and iteration
  • Passion for building, learning, and helping startups grow
