Customer Service Officer – After Hours Support

Please note shifts are 18:30 - 00:30 and weekend working is required.

Remote | Part-Time (26 hours per fortnight) | Permanent

Join a fast-paced team supporting field operations outside standard business hours. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in telecommunications or network services.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer (after hours), you'll be responsible for managing incoming queries, monitoring work orders, supporting field technicians, and ensuring safety and service delivery standards are met after hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls, chats, and inbox queries from field staff
  • Monitor and escalate high-priority work orders to meet SLAs and customer commitments
  • Support technician safety during incidents
  • Re-prioritise technician routes and schedules based on real-time events
  • Optimise daily schedules and monitor planned outages and maintenance

  • Experience in telecommunications, network operations, or field services
  • Extensive customer service skills and customer centric mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage operational risks
