Outcast Clothing is a high-growth global fashion brand, scaling rapidly across international markets. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the operational and strategic needs of a fast-moving online retail environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is integral to the day-to-day financial management of the business, while also supporting longer-term planning and growth initiatives. You'll lead the finance function, oversee core financial operations, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and strengthen internal control frameworks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
  • Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Provide financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors across local and international obligations.
  • Manage and coordinate external audits, ensuring transparency and statutory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital to support growth and operational needs.
  • Analyse financial performance and trends, delivering actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and foreign exchange.
  • Translate high-level financial strategy into effective operational execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or a fast-growth environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPA or CA qualification (or currently working towards) preferred.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance/Accounting.
