What you will be doing in this role

Our San Clinical Trials Unit is a busy and well-respected unit who run trials predominantly in the areas of Oncology and Haematology. We have a patient centric approach and a dynamic and supportive work environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials. In this role, you will act as a case manager for patients, working closely with them to ensure that appointments are made, and data is collected and documented to ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with all regulatory requirements and timelines.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position ideal for individuals who combine an empathetic customer-focused approach, while also being detail-oriented, organised, and methodical in their work.

Who we're looking for

  • You'll have a degree (or working towards completion) in a health-related field such as Science, Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacy, or Nursing is required.
  • Previous clinical research experience or strong transferable administrative skills will be highly valued.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the capability to interpret and apply clinical and regulatory guidelines with accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying challenges and suggesting effective solutions.
  • A clear commitment to the safety and well-being of clinical trial participants and the integrity of trial data.
