Territory Sales Manager – All Terrain Forklifts

Our client is well established with in the industry and is a reputable name. They are a specialist and sell and hire all terrain forklifts to the agg and major construction markets. They have every specialised name within Australia plus have long term staff and award-winning services to back up the products.
In this challenging role you to maintain key relationships within Southern NSW, you will be supported by head office to grow and build new key customers by winning hearts and mind that the products are the best in the market. You will be dealing with a variety of clients, so you must be able to change your sales tactic and build repour quickly. It's not the cheapest product on the market and its build through the highest engineering quality. So it will come down to solution selling and to push the reliability of the vehicle.
The Position
The role on offer is for a experienced sales rep that would go out and understand the customers' requirements and offer technical application solutions to their needs.
· Confer with customers, assess needs and to determine their requirements.
· Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
· Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
· Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
· Recommend improved machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production and efficiency.
· Attract the client in buying products or services buy negotiating a price to complete the mechanical solution.
· Give technical presentations during which you will explain the technical aspects of the product and how it will solve a specific customer problem.
· Attended field days and show customers through products
· Increase market share and increase growth through all of Southern NSW
· Travel ¾ nights month away covering Southern NSW
Your Requirements
· Yrs in external Sales
· Have the ability to work autonomously.
· Proven track record of significant Sales success.
· Must be flexible with your approach to the market.
· Driven to succeed and make your mark in SA
· Trade qualified or have technical experience
· Winning attitude to sales

Salary package
You will be well remunerated with a base salary + extremely aggressive commissions to ensure a strong and uncapped earning potential. Fully maintained company vehicle and all other tools of trade.
