About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Trainee Operations Supervisor in our transport division. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a career in transport and logistics management.

As a Trainee, you will learn how to manage daily fleet operations, coordinate drivers, monitor deliveries, and ensure our transport services run safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day transport planning and scheduling
  • Support supervisors with driver management and dispatching
  • Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance, and compliance
  • Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure service standards
  • Learn and apply transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Provide operational support during peak periods

Requirements:

  • Interest in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, logistics software preferred)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and learn from experienced mentors
