THE COMPANY
We are a new company catering to a niche market within the construction industry. Previous roles of the current management team have a strong portfolio of successful developments. We have a small team of dedicated professionals and a focus on quality project delivery, and are now seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their collaborative team. THE ROLE
This is a "Start Up" Role where you will be the #1 go to Person.

Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for:

· Managing office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support

· Supporting the implementation and management of a new HR platform for onboarding of employees and contractors

· Handling payroll administration and processing

· Preparing and editing professional documentation for project submissions

· Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms & interactive website content and the capability to create/oversee the production of content incl marketing material.

We're looking for someone who's a strategic thinker, with creative flair who is excited to take the reins of our marketing function, a confident leader who can role up their sleeves, inspire a small team, and bring big ideas to life

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

· Minimum 5 years' experience in office management

· Construction industry experience highly regarded

· Strong documentation and editing capabilities

· Extensive experience using Xero as the account based platform
