Job Responsibilities

Join the Macmahon Underground Team as an experienced, dynamic Site Administrator for one of our mine sites to provide high level support to the project and be responsible for data entry of daily production reports and labour hours, assisting with on-boarding process for new starters and assisting with HR/Payroll and Accounts Payable duties as required.

  • FIFO from Perth

  • Great Camp Facilities

About you:

  • Previous onsite experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Some previous experience with CPM, SAP and Success Factors
  • Experience booking flights
  • High Attention to detail
  • Experience with invoicing, receipting, raising requisitions and purchase orders
  • Proven experience managing a varied workload
  • Previous site admin experience required.
