Numbers may be your strength—but at O&M, this role is about more than spreadsheets. As our
Accounts Receivable Officer
, you'll play a key role in connecting customers, sales, and finance. You'll ensure our accounts are accurate, payments are on track, and relationships remain strong.

What you'll be doing:

  • Keeping close contact with customers & sales reps
  • Staying on top of debtor accounts and chasing down overdue payments (with persistence and professionalism)
  • Managing new customer setups & credit checks like a pro
  • Processing EFT & credit card payments, reconciliations, and trial balances with accuracy
  • Owning the Finance shared mailbox
  • Juggling reporting, data entry, and ERP (NetSuite) management
  • Backing up the Finance team with ad hoc tasks-because no task is too small

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on AR experience (B2B and B2C is a big plus)
  • NetSuite knowledge = bonus points
  • Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based systems skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude—you're resilient, resourceful, and a team player
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail
  • The drive to get things done quickly, accurately, and with a smile
