We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Engagement Specialist to amplify Legacy WA's mission, support fundraising, and grow community involvement.

About Legacy WA

Legacy WA supports over 2,500 individuals from families touched by a loved one's service to our country. We provide essential services including financial support, counselling referrals, education assistance, and social connection programs. Our mission is to ensure that no family suffers after the loss or injury of a veteran. We do this with the support of passionate volunteers, team members, and partners who share our values of service, compassion, and community.

About the role

This position will report to the Engagement and Fundraising Manager and has three direct reports.

You will:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plans
  • Manage social media channels and digital campaigns
  • Oversee brand consistency and messaging
  • Manage the Legacy WA website and digital donor journeys
  • Use analytics to track campaign performance and optimise outcomes
  • Deliver engaging stories, visuals and campaign materials
  • Support promotion of events, volunteer programs, and grants recognition

About you

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or digital engagement
  • Strong content creation and campaign management skills
  • Proficient with social media and CRM tools
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Creative, data-driven, and collaborative
