This is a rare chance to work with a multi-award winning team representing four leading automotive brands—including two consistently ranked in Australia's top 10. From luxury to mainstream, small SUVs to big American trucks, you'll gain unparalleled exposure across the entire spectrum of the automotive market, giving you skills and knowledge that few trainee programs can match.

As a Sales Trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training while working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success. This isn't just a job—it's your launchpad into a rewarding career where your earning potential is limited only by your ambition.

Final pay structure will be confirmed with the successful applicant but for the period of the traineeship will be structured as Award Wage + Super + Sunday Load

What You'll Do

  • Learn the complete sales process from initial customer contact through to delivery and follow-up
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and guide them through their vehicle purchase journey
  • Develop expert product knowledge across our diverse premium vehicle portfolio
  • Master CRM systems and digital marketing tools to generate and manage leads
  • Work collaboratively with our finance and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
