What You'll Do

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer engagement to final vehicle delivery, ensuring a premium experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new vehicles.
  • Build and cultivate a robust portfolio of new and loyal customers through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining expert-level product knowledge across our diverse vehicle range.
  • Effectively utilize our modern CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with our finance and service teams to provide a seamless and professional customer journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive sales is essential.
  • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A confident and charismatic professional with a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Weekend availability is essential as we trade 7 days a week.
