Trainee Coordinator

Little Zak's Academy is a leading provider of early childhood education and care. We're passionate about growing our people as much as we grow our children. We're now seeking a Trainee Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of trainee support, compliance, and onboarding.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Oversee the performance, progress, and compliance of trainees across our centres.
• Assist with new staff induction & orientation.
• Act as the first point of contact, providing coaching and guidance to help trainees succeed.
• Coordinate training schedules, liaising with centre teams and external training providers.
• Assist in running engaging weekly staff inductions, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and supported.
• Track and report on trainee milestones, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with our Learning & Development Manager and Head of Operations to strengthen our training programs and create clear career pathways.

This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in shaping the careers of our future educators while ensuring Little Zak's remains compliant and industry-leading.
